Hi, I’m Lucia - a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with over 15 years’ experience in HR and a passion for helping SaaS and tech companies scale sustainably, keep their best people, and build thriving cultures.

I founded Emmeline HR to support ambitious start-ups and fast-growing scale-ups who need expert HR guidance without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire. Having led HR functions in multinational organisations, I now bring that experience to scaling businesses that want strategic, practical support that actually moves the needle.
